The first of three Harmonica Masters Concerts 2023 begins with the unusual duo of Joel Andersson on harmonica and Irish singer Colm Doyle. Their performance at the Harmonica Masters Workshops 2022 showcased the potential of the harmonica for performing Irish fiddle tunes, in combination with the rich tradition of Irish song, and was a real eye-opener for many in the audience.

Bonny B is a remarkable singer and a great harp player, deeply rooted in the blues tradition. He has performed and recorded with numerous American blues artists including Bob Margolin, Sugar Blue and Bob Stroger. As well as the blues, his music has a strong gospel influence and his powerful performances convey a deep sense of authenticity.
